Property Information

Two parcels totaling approximately 239 acres of non-excess land

Location

Sites lie approximately 3 miles south of the USMA main gate. The parcels are within boundaries of the Village of Highland Falls, New York.

Access

Access point via the Main Street/218 Exit off of Route 9W.

Request for Expression OF Interest

The U.S. Army Garrison at West Point held an Open House on October 19, 2011 to launch a Request for Expression of Interest which requests the identification of potentially viable uses on two parcels of land located on the southeastern corner of the West Point Military Reservation.
